The fabric we use comes from three mills: two in the Xintang denim cluster for our mainline 98/2 stretch and 100% cotton core, one in Yulin for the heavier selvedge work. The sewing is split across two partner factories within 40 km of each other, both running the same AQL 2.5 inspection routine we audit twice a season.
What happens between “your tech pack” and “folded in a polybag.”
You send a reference, a tech pack, or a competitor’s pair. We make a pattern block from scratch, grade it across your size range, and ship a sample in 7 days. Two free sample rounds per style per season — beyond that, sample fees apply but are credited back on bulk confirmation.
Cotton indigo warp, natural cotton weft. Cut, sewn, and sent through one of three wash recipes — raw indigo, sulphur, or stone/enzyme — depending on the spec. Every pair is washed twice (desizing plus the recipe) so the size you buy is the size you keep.
Inline inspection during sewing, final random inspection before folding. AQL 2.5 standard; third-party QA on request. FOB Guangzhou, worldwide, with documentation handled by a forwarder we work with weekly.

A good pair of jeans is 50% cut and 50% wash. The desizing, the enzyme stone, the tint dip — each step is timed by hand and rechecked against the approved lab dip. We keep the lab dips on file so your reorder matches the original run, season after season.
