One of three things — pick whichever is easiest:
We’ll come back with a pro forma invoice in 48 hours, FOB Guangzhou.
For an in-stock core style, we ship from a single piece upward — yes, even a single pair. For made-to-order, the smallest practical batch is around 30 pieces per style; under that, sampling costs outweigh the unit savings.
Yes, within a style. Most buyers run a 28-38 size run with their usual size ratio; we’ll suggest a ratio if you don’t have one yet. Across styles, mixed orders are fine as long as each style clears the minimum.
Two free sample rounds per style per season — covers one prototype and one revision. Sample shipping is paid by the buyer (DHL/FedEx, 3–5 days worldwide).
7 days from approved tech pack to a finished sample on your desk. Custom washes add 3–4 days; custom hardware adds 5–7 days.
Yes. Send a Pantone code, a competitor’s swatch, or a photo. Custom lab dip is $80 — refunded against a confirmed bulk order over 100 pieces.
25–35 days from deposit to ex-factory for our core styles. Selvedge and complex custom work runs 35–45 days. Rush production is available for an additional 8–12% on orders over 500 pieces.
Two partner sewing factories with a combined 35 lines. Practical monthly capacity is around 80,000 pieces across the core range. For larger volumes we add shifts; for very large volumes we add partner factories on a case-by-case basis.
Yes — buyers placing an order over 1,000 pieces are welcome to visit. We arrange the factory tour, the translator, and the local transfer from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. Factory visits typically take half a day.
Our core cotton-spandex and 100% cotton denims are stocked; bulk lead time is reliable. Specialty items (heavyweight selvedge, jacron patches, custom hardware) may add 7–10 days. We’ll flag this in the quote.
AQL 2.5 inspection on every bulk shipment — same standard most Western denim brands use. Inline checks during sewing, final random inspection before folding, pre-shipment photo report included.
Report within 14 days of receipt with photos. Defective pieces are credited against your next order or replaced free of charge. The standard acceptable defect rate is under 2%; we cover everything above that.
Yes — SGS, BV, or your nominated inspector. We’re used to coordinating with third-party QC teams; the inspection happens at our cost for orders over 1,000 pieces, at your cost below that.
Quoted separately based on volume and destination. Rough guide for a 20′ container from Guangzhou:
Standard set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin (Form A or RCEP for preferential tariff), and any product-specific certificates (OEKO-TEX, BSCI, SEDEX) on request.
FOB Guangzhou is our default — your nominated forwarder handles customs on arrival. We can also quote CIF / DDP to specific destinations on request, especially for Middle East and Russia buyers who prefer a single landed-cost number.
Yes — woven labels, leather patches, jacron patches, printed care labels, hang tags, polybags, even branded buttons and rivets. Send us your artwork and we’ll source or produce.
Custom buttons and rivets typically require 500+ pieces to clear the die-cast minimum. Custom leather patches can start from 100 pieces. Hang tags and polybags start from any quantity.
Yes — full custom development from your tech pack. Lead time is 45–60 days including sampling. Most cost-effective from 500 pieces per style. We’ll sign an NDA before you share your spec.
T/T (bank wire) is standard: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight for orders over $20,000, and PayPal for samples under $1,000.
Yes — after three successful orders we can move to net-30 terms on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your order history.
